Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator (Consultant) to join Netcompany UK’s high-performing marketing team. Based in London and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing UK, you’ll coordinate marketing activities and logistics across Events, Content, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement and Internal Communications, with some exposure to PR and Government Relations. This is a fast-paced, varied role for someone who enjoys being busy, is highly organised and wants broad exposure to marketing. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing UK to keep projects moving, execute delivery plans and make sure the detail is taken care of.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of B2B, internal, and external events, from logistics and suppliers through to attendees, materials and onsite execution.
- Project-manage marketing activities, maintaining timelines, actions, budgets and stakeholder coordination in our CRM.
- Support the creation and coordination of Go-to-Market (GTM) collateral for the UK GTM team.
- Ensure all UK marketing materials adhere to company branding guidelines, with a strong eye for design and brand consistency.
- Write, edit and proofread clear, engaging copy for internal and external purposes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and external stakeholders to keep projects moving and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Provide occasional coordination and logistical support for other Marcom-related activity.
- Support the delivery of internal employee engagement campaigns and initiatives, helping bring our culture and employee experience to life.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who combines organisation, energy, maturity and a genuine willingness to learn.
- Experience working in a fast-paced marketing, events, agency or similar environment.
- Genuine interest in events and the energy to thrive in an events-led environment.
- Highly organised, with strong project-management skills and an ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the detail.
- Mature, dependable and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Proactive and hands-on: someone who sees what needs doing and gets on with it.
- Curious and willing to learn, with the flexibility to take on new areas of marketing and develop quickly.
- Strong eye for design and good copywriting and communication skills.
- Professional and polished, with the confidence to work with senior and C-level stakeholders across the public and private sectors.
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365, with proven working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Notion (or similar project-management tools), and quick to pick up new systems and tools.
