Overview
To identify needs and opportunities for all marketing events and materials, set up a quarterly/annual plan for Marketing projects, own the plan and deliver through to completion.
For each project, to creatively contribute to the design, plan in detail, co-ordinate and implement sales and marketing materials, exhibitions, events and meetings for Spacelabs Healthcare in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Responsibilities
- For trade shows and conferences, co-ordination of the whole process from initial booking through design to delivery. This includes high-profile international trade shows. A clear project management approach is required.
- Research and create a Marketing Communications plan, to own and deliver against on a quarterly/annual basis (including delivering a wide range of projects within that plan, from concept through to delivery).
- Assist facilitation of UK Pathfinder courses.
- Co-ordination and maintenance of:
- EMEA public web presence and Sharepoint pages, access and content, including promotion, awareness and uptake.
- Materials and documents for training, tools and publications - for product, sales and campaign training, from origination through design, review, release, and distribution.
- Promotional literature and publications geared to specific EMEA audiences.
- Campaign materials and user training.
- Promotional campaigns.
- Whole lifecycle of each project from concept to uptake.
- Brand identity and corporate image in EMEA presentations, events, and planned materials.
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in:
- Marketing
- Business Management
- Communications
- Digital Media
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Creativity with a practical mindset.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Graphic Design experience, for example In-Design.
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry (desirable).
