Our client is a highly reputable and prestigious private members’ club, steeped in history and tradition. They are seeking a proactive and creative self-starter with strong marketing, copywriting, and design skills to play a key role in driving and enhancing marketing activity within one of London’s most distinguished private clubs (hospitality).
This varied role will see you planning and delivering a wide range of marketing initiatives to support an engaging calendar of member events, including lunches, dinners, fireside chats, and exclusive tastings. It offers a unique opportunity to shape, develop, and elevate the Club’s existing marketing practices in line with its evolving marketing strategy, while making a tangible impact across member engagement and communications.

About the role:
- Creating and updating all marketing collateral as required (InDesign, Canva, Campaign Monitor)
- Checking and maintaining the website on a daily basis, ensuring it is kept up-to-date with the correct information as required by the wider team.
- Producing and editing copy for Member Events, newsletters and external advertisements
- Planning, scheduling and designing of quarterly newsletters, news bulletins and e-shots (Campaign Monitor)
- Tracking member feedback and questionnaires as required (Campaign Monitor)
- Assisting with the creation and execution of member initiatives and partnerships
- Ad-hoc projects and requests.

About You:
- 1+ years experience working in communications and marketing
- Advanced knowledge of InDesign, Canva, WordPress and Campaign Monitor
- Outgoing personality and can-do attitude
- Ability to deliver high end, personal customer service to our members
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Likes to be creative and use initiative
- Wants responsibility
