Marketing Communications Assistant - Milton Keynes

Full Time | Permanent | On Site | Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm

Keystone International is expanding its Milton Keynes team and is looking for a Marketing Communications Assistant to support the delivery of customer engagement, brand communications, and business development campaigns.

This is a practical opportunity for someone who wants to understand how companies communicate with customers, build brand awareness, and create meaningful engagement in real market environments. You will work directly with customers and communities, represent recognized brands, and develop the confidence to communicate clearly with different audiences. You will learn how professional conversations influence customer decisions, campaign performance, and business growth.

Based in Milton Keynes, the position offers hands-on experience across marketing consultancy, brand activation, customer acquisition, and commercial communications.

What you will be doing

  • Supporting face-to-face marketing and communications campaigns across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
  • Representing national and international brands professionally
  • Communicating campaign messages, services, and brand information clearly
  • Speaking with customers to understand their needs, questions, and interests
  • Supporting customer engagement and brand awareness activity
  • Gathering feedback and sharing useful customer insights with the wider team
  • Working alongside campaign managers to review activity and performance
  • Contributing ideas that could strengthen communication and customer engagement
  • Developing practical skills in marketing communications, relationship building, and business development

Previous marketing experience is not essential. Applications are welcome from graduates, career changers, and people with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or sales.
