Market Communication Specialist - 12-month Contract - Remote
We are looking for an energetic Marketing Communications Specialist to support our Marketing Communications team whom own the Marcom strategy and the creative platform. You will be responsible for designing campaigns and supporting program design for the region. This role is about developing real world experience in a company that is a leader in the markets it serves.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in designing marketing communications materials, such as brochures, flyers, emails, landing pages.
- Support project management of internal and external events.
- Support organization of events.
- Track email metrics and suggest improvements for next waves/future emails.
- Update interactive tools used at conferences (iPad, IT systems), booth designs, latest literature and information and shipping support.
- Creating and scheduling social media posts.
- Tracking inventory and organizing logistics.
- Upload data entry.

Requirements:
- Some understanding of basic biology and willingness to learn more about our solutions is a plus.
- Some previous experience in marketing is a plus.
- Fluent English is a must (oral and written).
- Solid knowledge of standard Microsoft software suite.
- Knowledge of html/web tools and experience with design tools (InDesign, Adobe suite, others).
- Very organized, with strong attention to detail whilst being able to focus on critical priorities.
- Strong time management skills with ability to work under pressure and a team player with solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Autonomous at work.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and applications.
