About Us

Young Voices is the organisation behind the world's largest children's choir concerts. For more than 30 years we have brought hundreds of thousands of young singers, teachers and families together to perform in some of the UK's most iconic arenas.

We are looking for a part-time Marketing, Communications & Digital Assistant to join our Brand & Marketing team for two days a week. You will support campaigns, keep our website and online shop up to date, write copy and help bring our social media to life.

It is a broad role and a good one to learn in. You will get hands-on experience across the full marketing mix, working closely with our in-house team and freelance specialists.

What you will do

  • Help plan and deliver marketing campaigns across email, social and web, including assets, scheduling and reporting.
  • Write and proofread copy for campaigns, website content and social posts.
  • Keep our website, Shopify shop and digital asset library up to date, accurate and on brand.
  • Create and schedule social content, including basic photography and video, and support community engagement.
  • Keep marketing systems and Asana plans current, and support wider projects and events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
