What You'll Do
Working independently, you will:
- Conduct introductory phone and Zoom conversations with prospective clients.
- Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule and facilitate discovery conversations.
- Explain our educational programs using established presentation materials.
- Assess whether prospective clients meet our program criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up activities.
- Complete ongoing follow-up with prospective clients.
- Participate in scheduled online training and professional development sessions.
- Learn established client engagement, marketing, and communication systems.
- Manage your own weekly schedule and activity planning.

Qualifications
We're interested in professionals who have:
- Seven or more years of professional experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in business development, marketing, communications, sales, recruiting, education, consulting, customer success, leadership, or management.
- Confidence using Zoom, email, and learning online collaboration tools.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently while following established systems.
- Interest in continuous personal development.
