About Wire & Sky

Wire & Sky is a leading urban aerial adventure tourism company delivering world-class unforgettable experiences across unique urban locations. Our primary focus for this role is our flagship site, Summit Ally Pally, a 60-minute guided tour on top of the UK’s highest roof walk, sat 130 metres above sea level, on top of the iconic Alexandra Palace. As the business continues to scale, there is significant potential for this role to expand across the wider Wire & Sky portfolio, offering excellent long-term career growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an organised, tech-savvy Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal mid-level role acting as the central operational hub connecting strategic management, external content creators, and on-site delivery teams.

You will take full ownership of day-to-day social scheduling, asset creation, newsletter execution, asset organisation, and cross-departmental communications, ensuring our high-energy brand is seamlessly represented across every channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Scheduling & Management

    • Own the multi-platform organic social calendar for Summit Ally Pally.
    • Prepare, caption, and schedule content using dedicated social management tools (preferably Buffer).
    • Perform basic photo and video editing for social posts.
  • Content & Asset Creation

    • Utilise Canva to create, edit, and format eye-catching digital assets and short-form media for social posts, campaigns, and promotional collateral.
  • Email Marketing & Newsletters

    • Compose, design, send, and track performance metrics for subscriber newsletters using Mailchimp to drive bookings, customer retention, and engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
