Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Department: Marketing

Hours: Full-time. Hybrid working with minimum three days per week in the office to include Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Experience: Around 2–4 years' experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within architecture, design, engineering, the built environment, or another professional services sector.

Salary: Subject to experience.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our small but busy marketing team at Bryden Wood.

Bryden Wood is a leading strategy and design consultancy, bringing together inventive thinkers, designers, engineers and technical specialists. Our work is driven by three core goals: to accelerate decarbonisation, to deploy new technologies, and to integrate design and delivery for critical infrastructure. We unite strategy, design, engineering and digital expertise to solve the challenges that matter.

As part of the marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a leading-edge environment, collaborating with colleagues across the company to promote our services, build brand recognition, and position us as thought leaders in the design and delivery of critical infrastructure. Working closely with colleagues, you'll help coordinate campaigns, create engaging content, support events, and keep our marketing channels and communications running smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has strong organisational skills, and is looking to develop their career in professional services and B2B marketing and communications. You'll build experience across digital marketing, content creation, events, and business development support while working alongside creative and collaborative colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
