  • Devise and deliver innovative marketing, communications, and audience development strategies that build the profile of the Bush Theatre to directly support sales, fundraising, and commercial investment.
  • Maximise income from all productions and events, taking direct accountability for reaching and exceeding £850k in annual ticket sales.
  • Consistently drive ticket sales across all programming regardless of title or profile, maintaining the agility to pivot campaigns dynamically.
  • Broaden and diversify our audience by promoting a wide spectrum of performance work, including the expansion of our ALT-B series (highlighting music, spoken word, clowning, and comedy).
  • Maximise ancillary income streams, driving visitor growth and revenue for the Library Bar, events, and venue hires.
  • Maintain and boldly evolve the Bush Theatre brand.
