The Role
EnerMech have a brand new opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Executive to join the team in Aberdeen. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Communication, you will support our marketing efforts through social media management, digital marketing initiatives, events co-ordination, and effective communication between our company and third-party agencies. Through this you will drive connectivity in the business and work across all global locations.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Manage Trello project management site
- Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms, with a key focus on LinkedIn.
- Engage with audiences, respond to inquiries, and monitor social media trends.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement

Digital Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Support email marketing initiatives, including content creation and list management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Events Coordination:
- Help plan and co-ordinate company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Assist in post-event analysis to evaluate success and gather feedback
Agency Liaison:
- Act as a point of contact between our company and third-party agencies.
- Facilitate communication and ensure project timelines are met.
- Provide support in managing agency relationships and deliverables
You
To be successful for the role you will hold the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Approximately two years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
