Marketing Communications Executive – Galileo programme

Job Purpose
- Work closely with the technology team to support administrative activities and ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.
- Collaborate with SMEs across the programme and the business to translate requirements into clear, actionable content briefs.
- Prepare structured briefs for external copywriting and translation agencies, ensuring clarity on objectives, tone, and deliverables.
- Develop content aligned to Bupa’s tone of voice, brand guidelines, and Consumer Duty principles.
- Partner with Business Analysts to produce clear briefs for dev-ready user stories to support content and communication delivery.
- Support the Communications Lead and project manager with planning, strategy execution, and ensuring programme milestones are delivered on time.
- Maintain trackers for content in progress and submitted to development, ensuring a prioritised backlog is always ready.
- Manage and support content approvals through the new governance processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Support the creation and embedding of the new operating model, ensuring readiness for transition to BAU.
- Ensure all assets are compliant and approved as per marketing compliance requirements.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Strong background in document management and fulfilment in a regulated environment
- Advanced understanding of internal and customer processes and how they are translated into documentation, and how document management processes impact fulfilment and communications.
- Sound understanding of the document management capabilities in Bupa Global for current systems highly desirable.
- Experience in and knowledge of the Document Management Process in the Financial Services and/or ideally the health sector
- Good analytical capabilities
- Logical and structured approach to solution analysis, design, and testing
- Good influencing skills at all levels within the business
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
- Able to demonstrate project analytical skills.
- Able to work in an agile development environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
