About R2H
R2H builds AI systems for biomedical research. Our first product, Clarisyn, turns a complex scientific question into a structured, evidence-based answer, with the reasoning and every reference laid out so researchers can check the work rather than trust a black box. It is already being used by researchers across the UK, US and Europe.
The Role
Clarisyn is already helping researchers around the world, and the goal now is to reach many more. This role is about spreading the word: connecting with researchers, students and institutions, growing the community across social media, and getting Clarisyn in front of the people who'd genuinely benefit from it.
It's a great fit for someone who understands the world of scientific research and enjoys communicating, whether that's writing a post, reaching out to a lab, or sparking a conversation at a university.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
