ABOUT HASH

HASH is building an open-source platform for structured knowledge and organizational decision-making. We turn information from databases, applications, documents, communications, sensors, and other sources into continuously updated knowledge and process graphs. From this shared model, organizations can analyze their operations, simulate possible futures, automate workflows, and give AI agents the context they need to act reliably.

Our mission [https://hash.ai/about/mission] is to solve information failure and enable everybody to make the right decisions. We work on difficult technical and commercial problems, including applications in regulated and safety-critical environments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

HASH has no shortage of substance to communicate: open-source infrastructure, frontier AI research, visual products, real enterprise problems and a clear point of view about how AI should reason over a changing world. We’re hiring a Marketing & Communications Lead to turn that substance into a coherent system that reaches the right people and gives them useful reasons to keep engaging with us.

You will own content, lifecycle email, newsletters, social channels, SEO, website marketing copy and marketing operations. You’ll decide what we should communicate, to whom, in what form and why. You’ll write and edit much of the work yourself, draw expertise from researchers, engineers and customer-facing colleagues, brief our brand designers, automate distribution and measure what the audience does next.

This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role. It is not a job for someone who wants to write a strategy and delegate execution to a large team. You will build the function while operating it.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional writing and editing, with a portfolio that makes complicated ideas feel clear, specific and important
  • Hands-on ownership of several of lifecycle email, newsletters, technical content, social distribution, SEO, product marketing or marketing operations
  • The ability to build automated journeys, segments and measurement yourself rather than waiting for a dedicated operations team
  • Strong editorial judgment and a clear understanding of the difference between material that earns attention and content produced to fill a calendar
  • Commercial awareness without the instinct to make every communication sound like an advertisement
  • The ability to learn unfamiliar technical subjects, identify the real idea and preserve accuracy while improving the explanation
  • Thoughtful use of AI and automation for leverage, while retaining responsibility for every published claim
  • High agency and the ability to sustain a demanding cadence without sacrificing quality

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Experience with enterprise AI, data infrastructure, developer tools, simulation, analytics or another technical B2B product is useful. So is experience building an early-stage marketing function and communicating to multiple members of an enterprise buying committee. Excellent written and spoken English is essential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop a clear positioning and message system for technical, operational and executive audiences
  • Own the experience after someone signs up: onboarding, activation, education, re-engagement and appropriate routes into a commercial conversation
  • Plan, write and operate newsletters for relevant audience segments
  • Build a distinctive, reliable social presence and adapt strong ideas intelligently across formats
  • Own the blog calendar and personally write, commission or edit technical explainers, points of view, customer stories, product announcements and use-case content
  • Interview researchers, engineers, customers and partners and turn their knowledge into accurate, compelling material
  • Research search demand and competitive results, identify areas where HASH can earn authority, and create high-quality SEO briefs and content clusters
  • Improve website and landing-page copy, calls to action and conversion paths
  • Build and maintain marketing automation, segmentation, lead scoring, instrumentation and reporting
  • Create useful sales-enablement material and keep it current
  • Brief and prioritize the Senior Brand Designer’s work across posts, email, campaigns, decks, reports and case studies
  • Measure activation, qualified audience growth, organic discovery, inbound demand and sales influence, and change the programme when the evidence warrants it
