We're hiring! Marketing & Communications Lead

Love helping great work reach the people who need it most? Join us to shape the voice, visibility and growth of a values-led organisation making a difference across the UK.

At Transform Your Training, we believe in the transformative power of learning. Through our award-winning Training 4 Influence methodology, we work with charities, public services and organisations across the UK to create engaging, values-led learning experiences that help people turn learning into action.

We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Lead to help tell that story.

You'll play a key role in shaping how Transform Your Training is seen, understood and experienced by learners, facilitators, partners, commissioners and stakeholders. From leading our brand and communications strategy to supporting major programmes, projects and organisational priorities, you'll help ensure the right people hear about our work, engage with our services and understand the impact they create.

Working closely with senior leaders, project teams and external partners, you'll combine strategic thinking, creativity and relationship-building to strengthen our profile, grow our reach and support the continued development of a thriving, ambitious organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing strategy, leading others and using marketing and communications to create meaningful impact.

You will:

  • Develop and lead an organisation-wide marketing and communications strategy that supports organisational priorities and growth.
  • Create marketing approaches that strengthen engagement, increase visibility and expand our reach.
  • Provide strategic marketing advice and guidance to senior leaders, project teams and colleagues.
  • Lead and develop the Transform Your Training brand, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Oversee communications activity across the organisation, helping ensure messages are clear, engaging and aligned with our values.
  • Build strong relationships with project teams, partners, funders, commissioners and stakeholders.
  • Develop marketing and communications approaches that support project delivery, participant engagement and organisational objectives.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of campaigns across projects, programmes, services and events.
  • Communicate impact, learning, outcomes and success stories to a wide range of audiences.
  • Monitor performance, evaluate effectiveness and use insight to continuously improve marketing activity.
  • Lead and support a small marketing team, creating clear priorities, effective systems and opportunities for development.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies and specialist partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
