DESCRIPTION

You will own the UK communications ecosystem across PR, paid media, social media, influencer marketing and talent partnerships.

Your role is to make sure the right CELSIUS stories reach the right people, in the right places and in a way that feels culturally relevant and unmistakably CELSIUS.

You will translate global brand platforms into locally relevant communication strategies, while ensuring consistency across every consumer touchpoint.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands that great communications are not just about reach: they are about building relevance and desire for the brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Communications Strategy

  • Own the UK communications strategy across PR, paid media, social, influence and talent.
  • Translate CELSIUS brand platforms into locally relevant communication plans.
  • Build integrated campaigns that connect ATL and BTL activity across the consumer journey.
  • Ensure communications consistently strengthen both mental and physical availability.
  • Develop clear objectives, KPIs and measurement frameworks across channels.

PR & Cultural Relevance

  • Own the UK PR strategy and agency relationship.
  • Identify cultural moments, stories and opportunities that can earn meaningful attention for CELSIUS.
  • Identify opportunities to connect CELSIUS with sport, fitness, entertainment and wider culture.

Paid Media

  • Own the UK paid media strategy in partnership with agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure paid media effectively amplifies brand platforms, campaigns and key commercial priorities.
  • Manage media planning, briefing, optimisation and reporting.
  • Ensure paid activity works in combination with OOH, social, influencer, PR and shopper rather than operating in silos.

Social, Influence & Talent

  • Own the UK social strategy and content ecosystem.
  • Ensure social is culturally relevant, distinctive and consistent with the CELSIUS brand world.
  • Lead influencer and talent strategy, with the support of a talented Social media and Talent Specialist
  • Develop frameworks that balance global talent partnerships with relevant local voices.
  • Ensure influencer and talent content feels authentic while maintaining strong brand consistency.

Team & Agency Management

  • Lead external agencies across PR, media, social and influence.
  • Brief agencies clearly and hold them accountable for strategic thinking and execution.
  • Work closely with Marketing Ops Manager, Brand and Field Marketing Manager to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Manage relevant budgets, timelines and approvals.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years' experience in integrated communications, ideally within FMCG, consumer brands, sport, fitness, lifestyle or entertainment.
  • Strong experience across at least several of PR, paid media, social, influencer and talent marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of how brands build cultural relevance and return.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a willingness to get into the detail and make things happen.
  • Experience managing agencies and significant budgets.
  • Strong creative judgement and an understanding of what makes content genuinely engaging.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passion for culture, sport, fitness and the behaviours shaping younger consumers.
