As a Marketing Communications Manager at Quilter, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our communications with customers and financial advisers are of the highest quality. Your responsibilities will span content development, digital and written marketing comms, stakeholder collaboration, and service/proposition related communications.

Marketing comms delivery

You will work closely with the marketing team to manage the delivery of marketing communications to financial advisers, using Quilter’s Platform and Quilter’s investment solutions, and their customers. This will involve understanding the objectives of the communication, determining the appropriate communications strategy, and creating digital communications to ensure they are clear, concise, engaging and aligned to Behavioural Science principles. You will ensure content is appropriate for each communication method and audience.

Wider stakeholder collaboration

You will be an important point of contact for the wider business, for example operations, IFA Distribution, compliance functions and the proposition team. You’ll work closely with these teams to create an effective and dynamic partnership, while ensuring that all service and proposition related communications are accurate, convey the intended message and are delivered in the most effective way.

Marketing workflow

You will be responsible for ensuring communications are timely, accurate and compliant and have appropriate business area sign off. You will be responsible for the creation and management of the programme of communications to advisers. This will involve using Quilter’s marketing Workflow System MPAH.

Efficient digital processes

You will work with the Head of Marketing Communications and the Senior Communications Manager to continuously improve the way communications are delivered digitally. You will have a close understanding of adviser and customer comms needs/preferences and find new ways to meet these in ever more efficient ways.

Work prioritisation

Working with the Marketing Communications Executives, you will manage the workload within the team, to deliver the communication strategy and plan, prioritising comms activities based on importance, prominence, audience impact and timeliness. You will need to evaluate the team’s workload based on potential commercial impact and urgency. You will help to ensure that delivery deadlines are clearly communicated, achievable and met.
