Marketing & Communications Manager

Entrepreneurial law firm
London
Hybrid Working

My client is a growing and entrepreneurial law firm seeking its first dedicated Marketing & Communications Manager.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing and communications within a firm that has ambitious plans for the future and is investing in how it presents itself to clients, develops relationships and connects its people. Working directly with partners and senior leadership, you'll have the platform to help shape a function, influence priorities and drive initiatives that make a visible difference across the business.

The remit is varied, spanning internal communications, digital channels, campaigns, events and profile-raising activity. From improving the firm's intranet and managing the newly refreshed website, to supporting client engagement, referral relationships and business development initiatives, you'll play a central role in helping the firm maximise the opportunities created by its continued growth.

For someone who enjoys building, improving and creating momentum, this is a chance to join a business where ideas are welcomed, decisions are made quickly and the impact of your work will be seen across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the firm's marketing and communications activity across internal and external audiences
  • Take ownership of the firm's website, ensuring content remains current, engaging and aligned with business priorities
  • Drive the continued development of the firm's intranet, creating a central hub for communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Coordinate the onboarding and promotion of new joiners across digital and internal communication channels
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns in support of key practice areas and growth priorities
  • Work closely with partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities to raise profile, strengthen relationships and support business development activity
  • Plan and manage events and hospitality programmes, ensuring strong audience engagement and effective follow-up
  • Support the development and management of marketing data, processes and reporting
  • Help improve collaboration between teams, encouraging cross-selling and greater visibility of expertise across the firm
  • Help establish the foundations for a scalable marketing function, with the opportunity to build a small team as the business continues to grow

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
