MARKETING CONTENT MANAGER / MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

UK — FULLY REMOTE

UP TO £45,000 DOE

Marketing Content Manager job, remote – UK based, within the travel industry, offering up to £45,000 DOE.

This is a hands-on role covering social media, PR and media relations, email marketing and brand guardianship for a growing travel business.

Our client is a respected name in the travel industry, known for strong relationships across the press, partners and audiences it serves. They are now seeking a Marketing Content Manager to lead their social, PR and email output, creating content, building media relationships and protecting the brand’s voice across every channel.

This is a hands-on role with room to bring your own ideas, and to grow into new responsibilities as the marketing function develops.

▌ The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day content, PR and email marketing, working closely with the Head of Marketing to grow engagement and strengthen the brand’s presence.

  • Manage day-to-day social media content and scheduling across all channels
  • Write and create engaging content, including video and caption-led visuals
  • Build relationships with media and partners to secure coverage
  • Plan, write and send email marketing campaigns
  • Report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent tone and voice across all channels
  • Travel to create content on location as needed

  • Proven experience in social media, PR or content marketing
  • Confident creating content in Canva or similar, including video and caption-led visuals in Edits or CapCut
  • Strong writing skills with a good eye for a story
  • Good understanding of marketing metrics and reporting
  • Familiar with the technology used to run social media campaigns
  • Adaptable, commercially minded and creative, with high emotional intelligence
  • Willing to travel for content creation and trade shows
