Marketing Communications Manager
Hybrid (3 days in the office)
The Opportunity
My client is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing communications that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns, oversee brand communications, deliver customer-focused initiatives, and lead a talented marketing communications team. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, working closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and commercial partners to deliver impactful marketing activity across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing communications strategy.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Create and deliver engaging marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate demand.
- Produce compelling customer-focused content that communicates key product and service benefits.
- Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activation initiatives.
- Lead digital marketing activity, including website content, social media, paid campaigns, SEO, video content, and lead generation.
- Plan and deliver events including product launches, conferences, exhibitions, customer events, and internal meetings.
- Develop marketing programmes that support customers and commercial partners.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers, marketing budgets, campaign reporting, and performance analysis.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing communications team.

- You are a strategic marketing professional with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering engaging campaigns.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in marketing communications, brand management, or integrated marketing roles.
- Experience:
- Strong experience across digital marketing, content creation, events, sponsorship, and campaign management.
- Experience working with both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Skills:
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to transform complex technical information into clear and compelling customer-focused content.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
- Be a strong people-manager, with the ability to develop, motivate and inspire.
