Role Overview
Reporting to the Sr Manager Marketing and Communication EMEA, the Marketing Communications Manager, EMEA, is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across the region. This role owns the EMEA campaign strategy from insight to execution, creating customer-focused messaging and impactful campaigns that deliver measurable business results through close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
This position is part of the Marketing Department and will be hybrid if located close to one of our offices. We will be flexible on remote work for the right candidate.
A Typical Day Will Look Like:
- Drive the full-funnel EMEA campaign strategy for your area, from brand awareness to demand generation, with a clear line of sight to pipeline contribution and bookings growth.
- Challenge the status quo by bringing fresh thinking, new channel approaches, and bold creative ideas that push Hach's marketing beyond the expected.
- Lead the development of compelling, customer-first campaign messaging that translates Hach's unique value propositions and product benefits into content that resonates and converts.
- Build and orchestrate integrated multi-channel campaigns, spanning digital advertising, email, paid and organic social, content syndication, webinars, offline activities and events, with the channel mix intelligence to know what works where and why.
- Leverage existing assets, tools, and audiences smartly (maximizing impact without always requiring more budget) and scale what works across markets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to ensure campaigns are tightly aligned to commercial priorities, customer pain points, and the EMEA market opportunity.
- Analyze campaign performance data, using insights to optimize in-flight, report on ROI, and continuously sharpen the approach.
- Develop engaging content across formats, copy, creative briefs, landing pages, nurture sequences, and campaign assets, that speak directly to personas at every stage of their journey.
- Manage your stakeholders (internal and external) with a results-first mindset, ensuring delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Implement a test-and-learn culture, piloting new ideas, measuring impact, sharing lessons, and bringing the team along on the journey.

Essential Requirements of the Job Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong understanding of the buyer journey and end-to-end campaign management.
- Proven track record of designing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results, including lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.
- Strong expertise across key marketing channels, including email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, events, and print.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated success working in international, cross-functional, and matrixed environments, effectively managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and customer-focused messaging.

Preferred Qualifications
These are nice-to-have skills that will set candidates apart:
- Experience in industrial, environmental, water quality, or life sciences B2B marketing
- A track record of challenging existing approaches and successfully introducing new ideas, channels, or methodologies that improved results
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Power BI, or similar) and a genuine comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Experience running campaigns across multiple EMEA markets, understanding the nuances of localizing for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in an additional European language
