As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who can bring our story to life across every touchpoint: our annual event, our research, online content, and experiences including Synergy Immersions and our Transformation Series.

The Role

Working closely with the Founder and wider team, you will take ownership of Synergy's marketing strategy and its day-to-day execution, helping us grow our global community, strengthen engagement, and ensure a consistent and distinctive brand presence throughout the year.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing Synergy's annual marketing strategy and calendar
  • Planning and delivering campaigns across email, website, social media, and other digital channels
  • Creating and managing engaging content that reflects Synergy's voice, values, and positioning
  • Managing newsletters, audience segmentation, and email marketing
  • Overseeing social media strategy and working with external creatives and content partners where required
  • Supporting the marketing of Synergy's annual event, Global Retreat Report, Transformation Series, and Synergy Immersions
  • Developing campaigns to grow and engage our international community
  • Supporting sponsor and partner marketing activations and ensuring agreed deliverables are fulfilled
  • Working closely with PR, sales, design, and event teams to ensure consistent messaging and timing
  • Managing website content and keeping key information current
  • Monitoring campaign performance, engagement, and audience growth, using insights to continually improve our approach
  • Identifying new ideas, collaborations, and opportunities to expand Synergy's reach and impact

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
