Salary: £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience

Location: Remote-first, with optional London office access Contract: Permanent, full-time

We’re working with a growing B2B Green Tech business operating across international markets to hire a Marketing & Communications Manager.

About the company

Our client is a growing, purpose-led technology business working within the industrial and sustainability space. The company operates internationally and has a small, experienced team spanning commercial, technical and specialist functions.

The marketing and communications function is still developing, so this person will have plenty of visibility and ownership while working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications. The business is remote-first, with optional access to a London office and quarterly team meetings in London.

About the role

This is a hands-on, content-led role for someone who is an exceptionally strong writer and enjoys turning technical or complex subject matter into clear, engaging communications. It would suit someone from a PR, content marketing, editorial or broader communications background who wants genuine ownership of their work without moving into a heavily strategic or team-management role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Writing and developing content for LinkedIn, including company and senior leadership channels
  • Creating thought-leadership content, articles and campaign materials
  • Drafting news releases and corporate communications
  • Producing and updating presentations, case studies, brochures and sales materials
  • Turning technical or specialist information into clear, persuasive copy
  • Supporting website and email content
  • Helping coordinate the company’s presence at industry events and exhibitions
  • Identifying new content ideas and helping develop the wider thought-leadership programme

The company works with external specialists for areas including media outreach and design, so you DO NOT need an established journalist network or graphic-design capability.

Experience required

The biggest priority is writing quality. You’ll need to be capable of producing strong first drafts that require relatively little editing, and comfortable taking a brief and running with it rather than needing extensive day-to-day supervision.

  • Confidence producing content across different formats and channels
  • Good judgement and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and manage several priorities
