Are you…

  • Interested in working for a company that is dedicated to sustainability?
  • Interested in developing your career in a leading packaging and printing industry?
  • Interested in building a brand-new global communications function from the ground up?

If so, read on!

Esko, a Veralto company, is a global provider of integrated software and hardware solutions that accelerate the go-to-market process of packaged goods. Our products empower teams to support and manage the packaging design and print processes for brand owners, retailers, pre-media and trade shops, manufacturers, and converters to provide the most innovative, integrated platform and comprehensive portfolio of tools that intelligently digitize, connect, automate, and accelerate the concept to market processes for every packaged product.

You will be part of a flexible, family friendly organization that cares about its people just as it cares about the environment. We recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent. Diversity of experience and skills combined with passion is a key to innovation and excellence. Therefore, we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions.

We are looking for a Marketing Communications & Media Manager to join our team, based in Belgium, the UK, or the Netherlands. In this role, you will lead Esko's global earned media and communications strategy, building brand visibility, media relationships, and thought leadership as Esko, Artworkflow, and Global Vision come together as one business under Veralto.

You will work closely with our global growth, content, product, commercial, and executive teams, as well as with our external PR agencies, to increase Esko's share of voice and brand presence across markets worldwide. This is a remote role, and you should expect some international travel to meet media, partners, and stakeholders across Europe and beyond.

In this role, a typical day will look like

  • Develop core media messaging and positioning that clearly articulates Esko's value across audiences and global markets, especially as Esko, Artworkflow, and Global Vision come together as one brand
  • Translate business priorities into compelling media communication tactics that secure global media coverage, and track results to continually improve reach and business impact
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with international media, influencers, and key external stakeholders to grow Esko's share of voice
  • Manage media outreach, interviews, bylines, press materials, and reputation management – working with outsourced PR agencies today, with an eye toward building more capability in-house over time
  • Plan and execute integrated media campaigns and high-visibility moments – aiming for four to six major visibility opportunities a year – alongside tradeshows and field marketing efforts
  • Act as a strategic communications partner to the executive team, securing media interviews and executive visibility that positively impact the Esko brand and lead generation
  • Partner closely with growth, content, product, commercial, and executive teams to keep messaging aligned with go-to-market and market-expansion plans
  • Identify and support thought-leadership opportunities for Esko's subject-matter experts through content, speaking engagements, and external platforms

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
