Marketing & Communications Officer (Remote) £30,000–£35,000 | Fully Remote | Full-time | Occasional UK Travel

At Memcom, we're the professional community for membership organisations, trade associations and professional bodies. Through events, recruitment, networking, learning and industry insight, we connect thousands of professionals across the sector. We're now looking for a Marketing & Communications Officer to help us grow our community and strengthen engagement across everything we do.
The role
This is a varied, hands-on marketing role, working closely with our Head of Marketing & Communications. You'll help plan and deliver campaigns that promote our events, recruitment services, membership, sponsorship opportunities and exciting new services launching soon.

- Create compelling content across email, social media and our website
- Manage our digital communications
- Support business development activity
- Use HubSpot insights to continually improve campaign performance
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience delivering email marketing campaigns and managing social media (particularly LinkedIn).
- Confidence updating website content using a CMS.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A proactive mindset, great attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging content.

Experience with HubSpot, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, event marketing, paid social, SEO or membership organisations would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
