On an 18-month maternity FTC to drive impactful marketing programmes and digital initiatives that enhance global consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Working closely with regional teams and leadership, you will play a crucial role in aligning marketing and communications strategies across International Commercial and Global Personal.

Make your mark in Marketing & Communications

The Marketing & Communications team contributes to shaping AIG's corporate reputation, global brand, and valuation in the marketplace and supporting AIG’s businesses to help strategically position them for continued growth and profitability. This is a fantastic role within our International Marketing & Communications team, where you can really make your mark by working closely with our Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMCO) to lead on global marketing and communications projects.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Lead international marketing programmes and projects to support the CMCO for AIG International Commercial and Global Personal.

  • Manage international alignment and prioritisation of Marketing & Communications programmes alongside Chief Underwriting Officers (CUO), Distribution, and/or Line of Business (LOB) leaders, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging.
  • Lead product-related and knowledge/expert-led content programmes, ensuring alignment with AIG’s strategic goals.
  • Working with business leaders and stakeholders to drive projects forward.
  • Managing quarterly dashboard processes and attribution/ROI reporting to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and measurable impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
