We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Consultant to support a programme on an initial two-month, part-time contract. This is primarily a remote working role with a requirement to attend the office twice a month, in Leeds.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to turn complex information, achievements and business outcomes into clear, engaging communications and marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content including presentations, articles, case studies, and briefing materials.
  • Turn complex or technical information into clear, easy-to-understand messaging.
  • Identify stories, achievements, and success stories that are worth communicating.
  • Work with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop content.
  • Manage content through review, feedback, and approval processes.
  • Develop clear and consistent messaging for different audiences.
  • Support communications around key milestones, new developments, and achievements.
  • Create reusable marketing and communications materials.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve awareness and engagement.

About you:

  • Strong experience in marketing, communications, content, or copywriting.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and make it engaging.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Experience managing content through review and approval processes.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and good visual presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and deliver high-quality work quickly.
  • Experience communicating digital, technology, or transformation programmes would be advantageous.
