About the Role

This role is remote and part-time to start (10 - 20 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as responsibilities expand. You will work closely with senior leadership in the US, UK, and Singapore and commercial partners to ensure our messaging, documents, and digital presence meet the standards expected by the world’s largest asset managers.

About MarketPsych

MarketPsych provides AI-driven data and analytics to leading global financial institutions and investment firms. Our systems analyze news and social media in real time across 28 languages, powering investment research, risk management, and trading strategies.

Our data underpins major financial platforms including global Yahoo! Finance websites and the iPhone Stocks app, and we maintain a 15-year commercial partnership with London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Web Presence

  • Maintain and update product, solution, and explanatory content on our website
  • Improve clarity, structure, and professionalism of technical and commercial web pages

Marketing & Client Collateral

  • Create, edit, and refine marketing collateral for institutional financial audiences
  • Support sales and partnership efforts with polished materials tailored to asset managers, banks, and data buyers

Document & Presentation Production

  • Refine formatting, structure, and visual consistency across reports, PDFs, white papers, presentations, and pitch decks
  • Improve readability and narrative flow of technically complex content

Brand & Quality Control

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professional presentation across all external-facing materials
  • Act as a final quality-control layer for grammar, layout, citations, and visual coherence

Research & Citations

  • Compile, format, and maintain academic and industry references
  • Ensure documentation meets professional and scholarly standards appropriate for institutional clients

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and spoken English with strong command of grammar, tone, and structure
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work confidently with technical and quantitative subject matter
  • Strong visual judgment and ability to recognize high-quality professional design
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Word; comfort using a lightweight design tool such as Figma
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows independently
  • Background or strong interest in finance
  • Familiarity with financial market terminology is highly important
  • Willingness and ability (longer term) to travel to conferences in London and the USA
