The Opportunity
At Voy, we're building a new kind of healthcare business. As our marketing grows in scale, pace and sophistication, we want to build a smarter approach to advertising compliance. One that enables growth, speed and creativity while ensuring we understand and effectively manage regulatory risk.
We're looking for a commercially sharp, pragmatic Marketing Risk & Compliance Lead who sees compliance as a growth enabler, not a "computer says no" function.
This is an opportunity to help build something different. You'll work at the intersection of Marketing, Growth, Brand, Research, Clinical, Legal and Product to develop an intelligent, scalable approach to advertising compliance.
You'll help us use AI and automation to move away from manual reviews, develop the research and evidence that unlock new marketing opportunities, and create practical guard rails that enable teams to operate confidently and creatively.
We want someone whose instinct is to find a way to make ambitious marketing happen, not simply explain why it can't.
What You'll Do
- Build a smarter compliance framework: Translate regulatory requirements, precedent and business risk appetite into practical, flexible guard rails that support commercial decision making and evolve as our business and regulatory environment change.
- Partner with Growth, Marketing and Brand: Work collaboratively from concept stage to help teams develop ambitious, creative campaigns, navigate regulatory challenges and identify solutions that achieve commercial objectives.
- Unlock opportunities through research and evidence: Work proactively with Research, Clinical and Marketing to identify the evidence needed to support future advertising claims. Help shape research priorities, translate findings into compelling and substantiated claims, and maintain a dynamic claims and evidence library.
- Develop AI enabled compliance: Own the compliance logic behind our AI review tools, working with Product to automate routine reviews, improve accuracy and expand capabilities across marketing channels.
- Build meaningful assurance: Establish visibility of our live advertising and marketing estate, with risk based audits across paid advertising, CRM, websites, product pages, affiliates and other channels. Identify emerging risks and areas requiring improvement before they become problems.
- Turn regulatory intelligence into commercial insight: Maintain an understanding of ASA/CAP, MHRA and GPhC requirements, rulings and enforcement trends, translating these into practical guidance, opportunities and informed recommendations for the business.
- Own governance and reporting: Develop meaningful dashboards and reporting that demonstrate where regulatory risk sits, how effectively controls are operating and where improvements are needed. Ensure findings and learnings continually improve our approach.
- Build capability across the business: Develop engaging training, tools and resources that help Marketing and Growth teams understand the regulatory environment, exercise good judgement and increasingly make decisions independently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
