About Blue Education

Blue Education is a premium education consultancy founded in London by Oxford and Cambridge graduates. We support ambitious students and families through high-quality academic planning, UK university applications, Oxbridge and G5 preparation, private school admissions, postgraduate applications and career development.

We are looking for a UK-based Marketing Content Creation Specialist to strengthen Blue Education’s English-language and UK-facing content presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, our website and other relevant platforms.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on content creation role. The successful candidate will plan, write, record and publish high-quality content that communicates Blue Education’s expertise, values and student success stories to UK and international audiences.

The role is suited to someone who combines strong English writing, social media judgement, confidence with video recording, attention to detail and genuine interest in UK education. Advanced video editing is not required, but the candidate must be comfortable recording high-quality video content and coordinating filming with tutors, consultants, students and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  1. UK Social Media Content Planning

    • Plan content topics for UK-facing channels, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
    • Create content ideas aligned with Blue Education’s premium brand positioning and target audiences.
    • Build a regular content calendar around application cycles, education news, student milestones, events, partnerships and company updates.
    • Identify the most suitable format for each topic, including LinkedIn posts, Instagram reels, carousels, website articles, short interviews and event content.
    • Ensure all content reflects Blue Education’s academically rigorous, trustworthy and high-end brand identity.
  2. Content Writing and Copywriting

    • Write polished English-language LinkedIn posts, Instagram captions, website copy, blog articles, tutor profiles, case studies, event pages and short video scripts.
    • Turn complex education topics into clear, credible and engaging content for parents, students, schools, tutors and education partners.
    • Produce content around Oxbridge and G5 preparation, UK university admissions, private school admissions, academic enrichment, student outcomes and Blue Education events.
    • Edit, proofread and refine content to ensure accuracy, tone consistency, grammar quality and brand alignment.
    • Avoid generic education marketing language; content should feel specific, thoughtful and genuinely useful.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
