We're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing & Content Executive to work directly with our CEO.
This isn't your typical marketing role. You'll be responsible for turning ideas into engaging content, supporting our growing brand, managing social media, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, creating videos, writing posts, helping with events and taking ownership of a wide range of marketing projects.
You'll also provide general marketing administration and help keep everything running smoothly as we continue to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How to Apply (Read This!)
Instead of writing a cover letter, we'd like you to submit a 2–3 minute video answering the following questions:
- Introduce yourself and tell us a little about your background.
- Tell us about a piece of content you've created that you're particularly proud of. What made it successful?
- Imagine tomorrow is your first day working directly with our CEO. You have one week to create content that showcases The Digital DRA. What content would you create, which platforms would you use, and why?
