Marketing Content Executive
Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is seeking a creative Marketing Content Executive to develop engaging, audience-focused content that supports our fundraising, supporter engagement, and brand objectives.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a talented marketing copywriter to bring our mission and impact to life through powerful storytelling, creating content that inspires people to engage, give, and advocate for our life-changing work.
Location: Folkestone, Kent (with hybrid working - two days a week in the office)
Rewards: Salary of £32,510.27, plus a generous pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and other great benefits and professional growth opportunities
Contract: Permanent, full-time
The Role
As a Marketing Content Executive, you will create engaging, audience-focused content that supports our fundraising, supporter engagement, and brand objectives across digital and offline channels.
Specifically, you will:
- Write, edit, and adapt content for campaigns, supporter journeys, emails, web pages, social media, and printed materials
- Ensure communications are creative, consistent, and tailored to different audiences
- Work closely with Marketing, Fundraising, and Donor Experience colleagues to develop content for supporter journeys, appeals, and stewardship
- Help increase engagement and donor income and strengthen supporter relationships
Additionally, you will:
- Support case study development and story gathering
- Brief designers and videographers where required
- Set up campaign tracking and accurate tagging across channels
- Maintain marketing content and support the asset register
- Assist with supporter and fundraising events

About You
To be considered as a Marketing Content Executive, you will need:
- Proven marketing and fundraising copywriting and proofreading experience across web, email, social media, and print
- Experience of collaborating across teams, such as Fundraising, Communications, and Programmes
- Experience of working within an agile framework, including familiarity with scrum and sprint methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with technical expertise in marketing copywriting
- The ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Confidence using project management and content scheduling tools
- A degree or equivalent professional experience
