Content Marketing Executive

At Prolo, we are an AI-powered procurement platform revolutionising the construction industry by completely automating how builders source their materials. We act as a tech-driven, outsourced procurement team, allowing contractors to ditch the paperwork and order everything they need straight from the site via simple WhatsApp messages or voice notes.

The Role
We want you to step in and have a massive, immediate impact on how the world sees Prolo.
If you are a digital native who lives and breathes social media, trends, and content creation, this is your playground. As our Marketing Content Executive, you’ll be the voice and creative force behind our digital channels. Things change rapidly in startup life, so you’ll need to be agile, scrappy, and ready to experiment. You’ll have the freedom to test your ideas, bring your creativity to life, and shape our brand from day one.

Your Day-to-Day
- Own the Social Grid: Plan, schedule, and run our social media platforms to build a genuine community around the Prolo brand. You will be creating a heavy mix of punchy static posts and swipeable carousels, alongside dynamic short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and photography.
- AI-Powered Wordsmithing: Write engaging, on-brand copy for our socials, emails, and site. You know how to use AI (Gemini, Claude, etc.) not to do the work for you, but to brainstorm faster, draft smarter, and scale your output.
- Shape the Strategy: Sit right alongside the core team to influence our overall marketing and communications playbook.
- Stay Agile: Startup life means moving fast. You’ll spot rising trends one day and build a micro-campaign around them the next.

- You're Tech & AI Fluid: You’re already using AI tools in your daily workflow. You don't need us to provide a rigid software stack—you’re happy to bring your own favorite video editors (like InShot) and scheduling tools to the table.
- You're Hands-On: You are totally confident whipping out a smartphone to shoot some quick footage, snap photos for a campaign, or piece together a highly engaging social post on the fly.
- You Bring the Energy: You are proactive, resilient, and thrive in a buzzy, fast-paced environment where no two days look exactly the same. You want to dive in and help build the rocket ship!
- You Have Flawless Written English: You can adapt your tone to perfectly match our brand voice.
