Marketing Content Lead

An experienced Marketing Content Lead to shape and deliver our content strategy, strengthening how Chambers creates, distributes and amplifies thought leadership and insight across the legal market.

This is a hands-on strategic role, combining excellent editorial and long-form writing skills with the ability to develop content strategy, identify new opportunities and bring ideas to life across multiple platforms and formats.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and teams across the business, the role will turn Chambers’ research, data and expertise into compelling content that builds brand, engages audiences and supports wider business objectives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Content Strategy

  • Develop and deliver a clear content strategy aligned to Chambers’ brand, audiences and business priorities.
  • Own the forward content plan, identifying the themes, topics, opportunities and channels that will have the greatest impact.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Chambers’ content into new formats, platforms and audiences, ensuring content is effectively distributed and amplified.
  • Use audience insight and content performance to continually improve content effectiveness.

Content Creation & Thought Leadership

  • Lead the creation of high-quality, insight-led content, with a particular focus on long-form thought leadership, articles, reports, opinion pieces and executive content.
  • Write and edit compelling content that establishes Chambers as an authoritative voice and thought leader in the legal market.
  • Translate Chambers’ research, rankings, data and expertise into clear, engaging and audience-relevant narratives.
  • Commission and manage content with internal experts, senior spokespeople, journalists, freelancers and agency partners where appropriate.
  • Develop shorter-form and multimedia content, including social, video, podcasts, webinars and event content, ensuring these formats extend and amplify Chambers’ core ideas and thought leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
