At Caddie Marketing, we are a team of golf enthusiasts obsessed with the ever-evolving world of digital marketing. We ditch tired, outdated marketing playbooks in favour of bespoke strategies, powerful digital storytelling, and modern tools. From generating record-breaking visitor revenue to building thriving membership waiting lists, we help golf clubs connect with a broader, more diverse generation of players.
We envision a future where the golf industry thrives at the intersection of tradition and innovation. We are leading the charge towards a digitally empowered, inclusive golfing community – underpinned by strong values around equality, diversity, sustainability, and lifelong learning.
Now, we are looking for an ambitious Marketing & Content Manager to join our team, lead client output, drive our brand growth, and help us modernise the business of golf.
The Role
If you have spent the last 2-3 years in an in-house marketing or business role, this position offers the perfect launchpad into a dynamic agency environment. Rather than being confined to rigid, isolated tasks, your week will naturally flex across three key areas:
- Organic Content Creation & Campaign Creatives: Work with our social team on our portfolio of golf-club clients. You’ll edit short-form video, craft sharp copy, design campaign assets, and schedule engaging multi-channel content that drives real commercial outcomes.
- Agency Growth & Marketing Strategy: Work closely with our Digital Account Manager to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities. You will develop compelling marketing strategies, pitch materials, email campaigns, and brand collateral to showcase Caddie Marketing's success and win new client accounts.
- Thought Leadership & Strategic Partnerships: Work directly with our CEO and leadership team to establish Caddie Marketing as the definitive voice in golf marketing. You’ll help prepare for industry conferences, coordinate event speaking opportunities, collaborate on research and opinion pieces, and engage directly with leading golf organisations to help modernise the sector.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are
You are likely a Marketing or Business graduate with around 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in your first or second post-grad role. You love content creation, but you’re hungry for an agency move which provides variety, commercial influence, and a platform where your ideas actually shape the business trajectory.
What We Are Looking For:
- Content & Creative Execution: Proven skill in producing engaging short-form video, writing clean copy, and managing organic social execution across multiple channels.
- Commercial Drive: You understand how marketing connects to business goals – whether that’s generating qualified leads for Caddie Marketing or driving visitor revenue for a golf club.
- Relationship & Presentation Skills: Confident collaborating with team members, interfacing with clients, and representing Caddie Marketing professionally alongside leadership at industry events.
- Natural Curiosity: Passionate about digital trends, modern tools, and platform shifts, with an eager, lifelong-learning mindset.
- A Connection to the Game: A genuine interest in golf, sports management, or the broader leisure industry is a distinct advantage.
