Content Marketing Manager – High-Growth Luxury Skincare and Wellness Brand

6 months FTC
Location: London | Working Model: Hybrid
Salary: Up to £60,000

Fella & Jones is partnering with an ambitious, high-growth beauty business to appoint a Content Marketing Manager.

This is a newly shaped role for someone who understands that strong content begins well before the copy is written. You will take commercial priorities from across marketing and turn them into focused messaging strategies and actionable creative briefs.

This is not a hands-on copywriting or traditional project management position. It requires someone who can understand customer motivation, simplify complex product information and build compelling reasons to buy.

The Role

  • Translate cross-functional marketing requests into clear content and campaign briefs
  • Develop messaging frameworks for different products, audiences and stages of the customer journey
  • Challenge and refine briefs by identifying the customer insight, commercial objective and most persuasive angle
  • Partner with creative teams to bring messaging to life across paid media, email, website and wider brand communications
  • Review copy and creative against brand standards, commercial objectives and approved product claims
  • Provide precise, constructive feedback that improves the quality of the work
  • Use campaign and customer insight to strengthen future messaging
  • Maintain an organised content pipeline while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
