Content Marketing Manager – B2B Financial Services

Location

Central London (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office)

Salary

£50,000–£60,000 DOE

About Us

New Age Partners is a fast-growing financial services group comprising six specialist businesses operating across crypto, foreign exchange, payments, commercial finance, consultancy, and professional services.

Our businesses support sophisticated corporate clients operating around the world. As we continue to grow, marketing plays an increasingly important role in building our brands, generating demand, and supporting commercial growth across the Group.

We're now looking for an ambitious Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team and work directly with the CMO.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of content marketing across a diverse portfolio of financial services businesses. You'll help build a scalable content engine, create high-quality campaigns and thought leadership, strengthen our organic visibility, and support commercial teams with content that drives measurable business outcomes.

You'll gain broad exposure across multiple businesses, products, and sectors while helping shape the future of marketing within the Group.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll own the Group's content marketing activity across six specialist businesses.

This is far more than a copywriting or social media role. We're looking for someone who understands how great content supports brand authority, organic growth, lead generation, and commercial performance.

You'll develop thought leadership, deliver integrated campaigns, own our SEO content strategy, create high-quality sales collateral, and help build AI-powered marketing workflows that allow us to scale content production without compromising quality.

Working closely with senior leadership, subject matter experts, and commercial teams, you'll translate complex financial services topics into engaging, commercially relevant content that delivers measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Own the Group's content strategy and marketing calendar across six brands.
  • Produce thought leadership, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
  • Work with subject matter experts to translate complex financial services topics into engaging, commercially relevant content.
  • Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximize reach and impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
