Role Description

The Marketing & Content Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Norwich. This role oversees planning, creating, and managing content across print, digital, and social channels for Paragraph Publishing’s brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The position manages digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and website promotions, monitors performance analytics, and adjusts strategies to increase audience engagement and event participation. The role also involves collaborating with editorial, events, and commercial teams to support awards programs, live events, sponsorships, and partner campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong content management skills, including planning, production oversight, and maintaining organized editorial calendars.
  • Marketing experience with a focus on brand positioning, audience growth, and campaign coordination.
  • Proficient writing skills for editorial content, promotional materials, and clear, engaging copy across channels.
  • Ability to develop and implement content strategy aligned with business objectives and brand voice.
  • Digital marketing skills, including social media management, email marketing, and basic analytics for performance tracking.
  • Experience in publishing, media, or events, preferably within lifestyle, drinks, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Comfort with content and marketing tools (e.g., CMS platforms, email marketing systems, social media scheduling tools).
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
