Marketing & Content Manager

Glasgow (Hybrid Working - 4 days in the office, 1 from home)

Salary: £30,000 + Performance-Related Bonus

We’re working with a growing specialist marketing agency to recruit a Marketing & Content Manager into its Glasgow-based team.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who loves creating great content but also wants to understand the commercial impact behind it.

Working across a portfolio of clients within the golf and leisure sector, you’ll take ownership of content across social, video, email and wider digital campaigns, while also playing an important role in developing the agency’s own brand and supporting its continued growth.

It’s an opportunity to join a small, ambitious team where you’ll have genuine autonomy, direct exposure to senior leadership and plenty of scope to develop.

The Role:

You’ll work across both client delivery and agency marketing, with responsibilities including:

  • Creating and editing short-form video content across Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
  • Writing engaging social content, articles, email campaigns and promotional copy
  • Managing multi-channel content calendars across a portfolio of clients
  • Supporting organic and paid campaigns focused on driving bookings, event sales, membership and engagement
  • Managing the agency’s own LinkedIn, Instagram and email activity
  • Creating case studies, pitch decks, presentations and other new-business collateral
  • Using campaign data, engagement, leads and ROI to understand what is working and improve future activity
  • Supporting the development of thought-leadership content, including articles, reports and whitepapers
  • Contributing to industry events, webinars and wider partnership activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
