Salary - £105,000 - £110,000+ Bonus + Benefits
Location - 30 mins from Central London (3 days PW in office)

Key experience to be considered:

  1. Currently at Marketing Manager level
  2. Strong UK, FMCG Brand experience / Ownership
  3. Leadership of BM / SBM level talent previously.

Our client is a category-leading FMCG business seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of growth. This role will focus on strengthening core brands while identifying and launching new category opportunities through a strong pipeline of NPD.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FMCG marketer looking to step into a high-profile role within a market-leading organisation. The successful candidate will have developed their career within a leading FMCG food business, bringing strong marketing fundamentals, blue-chip training, and a proven track record of delivering growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of brand marketing professionals.
  • Shape and deliver brand strategy, innovation plans, and NPD launches.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage a seven-figure marketing budget to maximise brand performance and ROI.
  • Partner closely with Category, Sales, and Commercial teams to drive successful in-market execution across retail and foodservice channels.

About You

  • Proven FMCG marketing experience, ideally within food.
  • Currently operating at Marketing Manager level or equivalent.
  • Strong track record of taking brands, campaigns, or innovations from concept through to launch.
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and influencing business performance.
  • Strong understanding of category strategy, brand development, and consumer marketing.
  • Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into clear actions.
  • Curious, ambitious, and proactive, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
