We’re hiring: Marketing Coordinator
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 per annum
Location: Daytona Head Office, Sandown Park, Esher
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Our three venues welcome motorsport fans, families and leisure customers, with F1 drivers among our visitors. We’re an award-winning family entertainment and leisure business with around £5 million turnover, Motorsport UK accredited championships and a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
We’re looking for a creative, organised Marketing Coordinator to help bring the Daytona experience to life through content and campaigns. Reporting to the Group Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll support marketing activity across our digital channels and venues.
What you’ll do
- Create and publish website content, including championship standings and race reports.
- Coordinate our social media calendar and create engaging posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Design print materials and keep digital screens in our venues up to date.
- Capture and edit photography and video at racing events, including the Daytona 24 Hours, corporate events and endurance races.
- Respond to social media enquiries and help build relationships with relevant influencers.
- Keep marketing financial and administrative records organised and accurate.

What you’ll bring
- A flair for writing and an understanding of social media and its different audiences.
- Good organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several tasks and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn, contribute ideas and develop your skills in design, photography and video.
- The confidence to work independently and collaborate with colleagues across the business.
- A 2:1 bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and a full UK driving licence.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp or Google Ads would be an advantage. An English Language or Literature qualification and an interest in motorsport, sport, hospitality or leisure are also desirable.
