A purpose-led and community-driven organisation are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join their marketing team on a 12-Month FTC.
This role will be a key part of how this not-for-profit business communicates, raises awareness and supports low income and elderly households across the UK.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll manage content, digital channels, events and communications, all while building your skills across the full marketing mix. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys creative work as much as data, analysis and campaign delivery.
About You
- Proven experience in a marketing role at assistant, coordinator or executive level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting ability.
- Confident producing content across multiple channels. Familiar with digital marketing tools including social media scheduling platforms (e.g. Sprout Social).
- Good understanding of SEO and website management.
- Able to manage multiple projects with strong organisation, attention to detail and proactive planning.
- Analytical with the ability to interpret data, report performance and suggest improvements.
- A collaborative team player who can work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating engaging and audience specific content for website, social media, brochures and marketing campaigns. Including testimonials and case studies.
- Developing and executing marketing lead generation and BD campaigns.
- Maintaining company website and optimising for SEO. Ensuring all content is up to date and aligned with the marketing plan.
- Supporting with social media scheduling and content creation. Coordinating paid digital ad campaigns with agencies.
- Planning and delivering marketing campaigns and community driven events, supporting promotional activities.
- Writing and distributing internal and external communications. Including maintaining an intranet, and producing PR, email and award submission material.
- Reporting and analysing the effectiveness of marketing activity, providing insight and recommendations.
Where You’ll Be Based
The office is based near to Halifax and likely requires a car for commuting purposes (unless living very locally) as there are no nearby train stations. The role will be best suited to those in Halifax, Huddersfield and surrounding M62 linked areas.
