JOB PURPOSE

This person will play a central support role within the global marketing strategy team – collaborating with all marketing channels and wider business functions to bring our overarching brand and product strategies to life. They will support the campaigns manager on driving and executing the strategy for major campaign moments throughout the year, working to achieve both brand and commercial objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Upstream Planning

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the development of product storytelling and marketing narratives in partnership with merchandising.
  • Assist in gathering product information and coordinating assets to support key marketing moments, including capsules, gifting occasions, and seasonal launches.
  • Maintain seasonal marketing calendars and critical path timelines, ensuring key milestones are tracked and communicated.
  • Support the preparation of product and category recommendations by collating information from merchandising and other relevant teams.

Campaign Support

  • Support the planning and delivery of key marketing moments and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with channel and regional teams to ensure campaign briefs, assets, and timelines are shared in a timely manner.
  • Track feedback from regional and cross-functional stakeholders and ensure updates are communicated to the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in the development of campaign briefing materials, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Support the execution of 360° marketing campaigns by coordinating deliverables across departments and monitoring progress against timelines.
  • Conduct regular market, competitor, and consumer trend research, compiling insights and recommendations to support marketing planning and campaign development.
  • Support the Campaign Manager with the external relationship of Luxottica, including managing the external brief, ensuring teams meet deadlines, and coordinating weekly meetings with clear agendas and actions.

Administrative

  • Own all marketing and product calendars, ensuring they are regularly updated and circulated with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Building the quarterly communication decks and compiling information from channel teams.
  • Reacting to adhoc tasks given by the Marketing Director and Vice President.
