We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator on a 3-month fixed-term contract to join the team as the Ivy brand continues to grow and expand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management and scheduling of meetings for the Sales & Marketing Director and team meetings
- Managing the marketing collection inbox, ensuring everything is actioned and followed up
- Managing ad-hoc queries on behalf of the team
- Updating assets and corporate presentations
- Monitor, respond & send out charity requests for all sites
- Check the restaurant online listings and update as necessary
- Updating Ivy Collection websites with menus/images & what’s on information
- Assist with social media
- Manage & monitor Ivy Collection drives & photography
- Competitor analysis for future openings
- Research national and international event calendars, updating ongoing documents

Office-based in Fitzrovia with occasional restaurant visits
