Role description
Do you want to play a key role in building and growing a strong brand in the UK? Are you a driven marketer who enjoys combining data-driven performance with creative execution? Then this could be the opportunity for you.
We’re a fast-growing UK start-up looking for a Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our local marketing execution - with a strong focus on paid ads, lead generation, and performance. You will be responsible for driving growth through both performance marketing and brand-building activities – working closely with our global marketing team to turn strategy into results.
You will own and optimize local growth marketing activities, focusing on driving qualified leads and maximizing ROI across digital channels.
Location
This role is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere in the UK. You will be part of our UK team and should be comfortable with occasional travel to our Manchester office for team meetings, collaboration, and company activities.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage local budget with clear focus on ROI and performance
- Drive lead generation and support lead management together with sales
- Localize and execute global campaigns for the UK market
- Create and adapt content (articles, cases, campaigns, social media)
- Develop SEO-optimized content and improve website performance
- Conduct keyword research and optimize targeting and messaging
- Test and improve ads and landing pages (A/B testing & CRO)
- Build customer cases, references and local success stories
- Plan and promote events, webinars and other brand-building activities
- Track performance, analyse results, and continuously improve
- Share insights and feedback from the UK market with the global team

We’re Looking for Someone Who…
- Has experience in digital or performance marketing
- Enjoys combining data-driven optimization with creative execution
- Is proactive, structured and comfortable taking ownership
- Has a strong analytical mindset and focuses on results
- Is a clear communicator, both written and visual
- Can manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Thrives in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
Your Background
- 2+ years of experience in marketing
- Proven experience running paid campaigns and generating leads
- Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Meta is a plus)
- Familiar with analytics tools and CRM systems
- Experience with content creation and/or SEO is a strong advantage
- Experience or a solid understanding of the manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
