The Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our European marketing team in Warwick. Supporting marketing activity across the UK and Europe, you'll help deliver events, communications, campaigns and brand initiatives that enhance engagement and strengthen the Gallagher brand.
Working closely with the European Marketing Manager and Marketing and Events Manager, you'll play a hands-on role across a broad range of activities, from event delivery to content and campaign coordination, webinar support, reporting, and internal engagement, as well as marketing administration to the team and business. It's a varied role with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact.
Your Role At a Glance
- Create and coordinate marketing communications including internal newsletters, SharePoint updates, social media schedules, webinar activity, surveys and internal updates.
- Support the delivery of Gallagher Security’s European marketing plan across events, campaigns, communications, brand activity and lead generation.
- Coordinate event administration, registrations, communications, accommodation, collateral, merchandise and logistics for internal events, external shows and conferences.
- Work with European Marketing Manager to support regional communications, campaign delivery and brand execution.
- Assist with marketing reporting, finance administration, purchase orders, vendor coordination and general team support.

The Fit
You're a proactive and highly organised marketing professional who is looking for their next marketing role, supporting a team in the delivery of a wide-ranging marketing portfolio including events, comms, campaigns and brand activity. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, you combine strong attention to detail with excellent communication and a collaborative mindset. Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn, you're motivated by the opportunity to grow your career and make an impact within a global technology business.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Around 2–5 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a corporate, agency or technology environment.
- Experience supporting event coordination, communications, social media, content creation, email campaigns or digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 is important; exposure to tools such as EventsAir, GoToWebinar, CRM, email marketing platforms, social scheduling tools, SEO or Adobe Creative Cloud would be an advantage.
