Bristol – Hybrid
12-Month FTC
The Opportunity
A leading national housebuilder is looking for an organised and creative Marketing Executive to join its South West team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.
Although initially a 12-month contract, there is genuine potential for the role to become permanent or lead to another opportunity within the wider marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career within an established housebuilder.
Based at the regional office in Bradley Stoke, you’ll support marketing activity across a portfolio of developments, covering everything from digital content and property portals to brochures, signage and photography.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll work closely with the Group Marketing team and take ownership of day-to-day regional marketing activity, ensuring everything is delivered consistently and in line with brand guidelines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
