Build your marketing career capturing the racing, people and experiences at Daytona Motorsport, a UK-leading motorsport group since 1990. Our three venues welcome motorsport fans, families and leisure customers, with F1 drivers among our visitors. We are an award-winning family entertainment and leisure business with around £5 million turnover, Motorsport UK accredited championships and a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
We are looking for a creative, organised Marketing Coordinator to help produce championship media, race reports and community content. You will get involved in the action, speak to racers and customers, and turn their experiences into content for our website and social channels.
What You Will Do
- Create and publish championship content, including event previews, race reports, results and standings.
- Help produce driver interviews, racer profiles, customer stories and regular features from across our three venues.
- Capture and edit photography and video at events, including the Daytona 24 Hours, Jamie Chadwick Series, endurance races and corporate events.
- Coordinate end-to-end project management for assigned marketing activity, keeping briefs, schedules, content production, approvals and delivery organised through to completion and review.
- Coordinate our social media calendar, write engaging posts and respond to customer enquiries.
- Update website content with SEO in mind, helping customers find our racing experiences, championships and events.
- Support trade shows and industry events, helping prepare promotional materials, coordinate activity and capture content.
- Design print materials, support email campaigns and keep digital screens in our venues up to date.
- Help build influencer relationships and maintain organised marketing financial and administrative records.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
