Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives that promote RN JobForce’s services and community. On a day-to-day basis, this role will assist in developing and distributing marketing content, coordinating email and social media campaigns, and tracking performance metrics. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with sales and client success teams to support lead generation efforts, help plan virtual events and webinars, and maintain marketing calendars and project timelines. This role also involves writing and editing marketing materials, organizing promotional activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, persuasive, and engaging marketing materials.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and client outreach skills to support lead generation, nurturing, and collaboration with business development teams.
  • Candidates should possess Event Planning and Project Management skills to organize campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities from concept to completion.
  • Relevant experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or technology services.
  • Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing systems, social media management tools, basic analytics dashboards).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a distributed team; ability to communicate effectively across time zones.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
