About Oinas

Oinas builds the marketing engines behind some of the most exciting early-stage B2B tech startups. We work with founders and growth leaders at the moment marketing has to start producing pipeline. We don't just advise: we plan the channels, run them and deliver the results.

Erika founded Oinas after a decade as the person B2B startups brought in when marketing needed to start working, quickly. From Seed to Series C, she has built marketing functions from scratch, usually starting with almost nothing. Oinas is small, agile and growing fast, with big plans: to be the team ambitious startups call when growth really matters.

The role

This is the role that makes Oinas run. Erika sets each client's strategy and leads the conversations; you turn what's agreed into action and make sure it lands. You'll run the day-to-day across campaigns, programmes, freelancers and client comms, so clients feel we're part of their team, not an agency they manage.

You'll have real ownership from day one. How we deliver and run programmes is still being written, and you'll help write it. What you build shapes Oinas and the companies we work with.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll own

  • Getting things done for our clients: turning the action items from client conversations into delivered work, on time. Nothing drops.
  • Client comms: onboarding, updates, booking confirmations and management.
  • Client programmes: paid media, podcast placements and creator programmes end to end.
  • Freelancers: briefing, quality and timing across our specialist freelancers.
  • How we work: turning what works into playbooks, and raising the bar every time.
  • Shaping Oinas: helping shape Oinas beyond client work as we grow.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Have high standards. Good enough isn't, and you notice what others miss.
  • Are always improving things, not by 5%, but by rethinking how they're done.
  • Manage yourself. You don't need chasing; you're the one who chases.
  • Are extremely reliable. When you say it's handled, it's handled.
  • Have worked as an in-house marketer, maybe as the only marketer, used to wearing many hats.
  • Know your marketing fundamentals: leads, MQLs, funnels and how channels drive pipeline.
  • Bonus: content writing, creator management, or paid social experience.
  • Love the pace of startups and get energy from ambitious founders.

  • What it was and why it mattered.
  • What you built, and the decisions you made along the way.
  • What went wrong, and how you handled it.
  • The result, and what you'd do differently next time.

We’ll organise calls as applications come in and will close the role once we find the person we’re looking for.
